What we collect
When you send the contact form or book a call, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message. When you book a call, the scheduling tool also records the time you choose.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange a scoping call.
- To prepare for that call and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our communications: our website host, our scheduling tool and our email provider. Each processes information on our behalf and for no other purpose.
Client financial data
Financial information you share during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this policy. It is used only to deliver the work you engaged us for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 7 years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@fiscalcfo.com.
